Alternate QC will perform duties.
Safety and Plant Policies & Regulationso Understand and comply with Cal-Osha regulations and Company policies as they pertain to the safety of all employees.
o Read, understand, and acknowledge company policies as written in the Employee Handbook.
o All employees are required to adhere to all Food Safety requirements and programs including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Defense and Allergen Programs.
Food safety training will be completed a minimum of once a year.
Responsibilities:
QC must monitor and document the product being packed does not exceed any limits set by the company as ordered by customer.
They must be comfortable communicating with Supervisor and Management.
Key Duties:
o It is the responsibility of the Quality Control staff to clock 15 minutes prior to the start of shift.
o They must understand how to monitor all machinery in the packing line.
o Other duties include but are not limited to conducting temperature test, monitoring table magnets, reviewing labels and finished goods pallets.
o QC must be able assist with duties for other departments.
They must be able to effectively communicate with the Management and the Packing Line Supervisor.
o Quality Control is responsible for documentation of control points.
o Must have high school level math skills and be comfortable with a computer.
o They must also be capable of keeping their work area and all tools clean and sanitized.
o They are responsible for reporting any injuries or concerns to supervisor immediately.
o Other duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
